Tom Langford is a professional photographer and digital artist, originally from London. He was the UK’s most published commercial photographer for over ten years before moving to Israel a few years ago.
Clients include magazines, advertising agencies, TV and film companies, businesses large and small, architects, PR agencies, photographers and artists.
Digital Artwork specialities include retouching faces, bodies, celebrities, and creative composite images. Clients are mainly from the UK, USA, and Israel.
He also has extensive experience digitally restoring historical photographs and documents.
He gives private lessons, photography and Photoshop, for both beginners and experienced amateurs, emphasising visual awareness and creativity – see How To Take Good Pictures.
He has appeared twice in UK TV documentaries discussing the ethics of retouching and the media’s portrayal of women.

After seeing the remarkable work that Tom did, digitally restoring old photographs for the AACI Netanya exhibition, I decided to approach him with my own personal photo project.
